After 30 years in the real estate industry, I have seen many changes.  Changes in the skyline, architecture and urbanisation. If I was not heavily involved in property development, marketing and sales, it would have been hard to imagine the freedom and lifestyle described by Robert Kiyosaki in Rich Dad Poor Dad.  Property investment return on investment potentials can be your key to early retirement. However, right investment requires experience, foresight and knowledge. After seeing many property price cycles after three decades, I have personally benefited from wise investments.

 

Some opportunities only happen once in a blue moon.  When you miss the opportunity, you may never see it again in the same city.  I was lucky to have had the opportunity during the boom in Taiwan, as well as the boom in Vancouver, Canada.  Unfortunately those markets are unaffordable now, so we have to look at the next opportunity.  

 

The key to success in real estate is to find the right location to invest now.  Invest in the present to capitalise on the future.  

 

Hindsight is always 20/20, but don't be always sitting on the fence and miss out on the tremendous opportunities that we currently have.

Plan

Create an investment plan (amount to invest, selection criteria, LLC company name, etc.) and provide to ilnvest:

2 ID documents per member of the company and prepare a check and pay the appropriate agency fee after the transaction is successful

Work with our attorney to set up a limited liability company LLC

Documentation

You will receive the following documents and sign the documents: the charter of the limited liability company, Leasing Management Authorization, SS4 Form (LLC Registration Application Form), Form 2848 (Limited liability company LLC applies for corporate tax IS option)

Purchase and sales agreements are signed and escrow account opened
